Bryant Lee serves as a Collaborator & Trainer with Raise Performance Group. He is a seasoned leader, coach, and trainer that offers key insights in strategic planning, leadership development, and systems implementation. As a retired and decorated soldier from his 23-year career in the U.S. Army, Lee’s discipline, attention to details, and ability to serve in the chemistry of a team contributes to his capacity to help teams increase in both their personal and group productivity. As a Consultant and Coach, Bryant takes pride in helping individuals and organizations find clarity in understanding how to align their team outcomes with their mission, vision, and values. Bryant is the president of The Collaborative Fellowship, a board member with the Christian Life Commission for Texas Baptist, a Church Consultant at Union Baptist Association, and the National Affiliate Director for Cru Inner City. Bryant Lee’s professional degrees and certifications include a bachelor's degree from Grantham University in Multidisciplinary Studies, a Master's of Theology from Liberty University, and several graduate certifications in business and organizational leadership. He was born and raised in St. Louis Missouri, but now serves as the Lead Pastor of Higher Expectations Church in Humble, Texas. Bryant and his wife Dell have been married for 33 years, and they have three adult children, and three grandchildren.
