Our DISC Training Workshops are designed to help individuals understand themselves better, and how to appreciate the unique differences that each person brings to the team. Participants will leave the seminars energized and ready to apply the knowledge gained, and employers will begin to see the positive changes immediately after a seminar has been offered.

PLEASE NOTE

Our workshops are completely customizable to meet your needs. There are several factors we consider before sending you a proposal. Those factors include:

 

  • The number of individuals attending

  • Number of people you want to be assessed

  • Their positions in the church/company

  • Length of the program (i.e. 3.5 hours, 6 hours, 3 months, etc.) 

 

Typically we can provide you a proposal a few hours after receiving this information. So please list your answers to the bullet points above in the Request Section
