Explore: The"Inspection" phase where we will begin the processes of learning all about your organization and help you reach your goals by:

  • Understanding your Vision, Mission, & Values

  • Assessing your current systems, processes, tools, and team culture

  • Asking and answering the tough questions

Equip: The "Instruction" phase where after understanding the heart of your ministry, and assessing your systems, processes, and culture, we will:​

  • Design a leader development strategy with S.M.A.R.T. Goals to help you and your team reach your goals 

  • Create and conduct need specific individual/group leadership trainings 

  • Offer individual & group Personality Assessments

Execute: The "Implementation" phase where after we have spent time aligning and pouring into you and your leaders, we will:​

  • Develop an exit strategy with metric markers to measure progress

  • Allow the team to implement the lessons learned 

  • Offer coaching as necessary

Evaluate: The "Investigation" phase where after an agreed amount of time to give leaders space to implement the lessons learned, we will:​

​

  • Return and check in with the team to review their progress

  • Redefine any unclear expectations

  • Refine processes and systems as needed
