For over 25 years, I have dedicated my life and service to developing leaders across the country. While serving in different capacities such as Senior Pastor, Adjunct Professor, Church Consultant/Coach, Church Planter, Director of Spiritual Care, and Certified John Maxwell Speaker Coach & Trainer, my goal has been to help individuals and organizations sharpen their leadership abilities in order to help them meet and exceed their personal/professional goals.

I believe that every individual and team has the potential to perform at high-levels and to achieve positive results. I also believe that the difference between high-performing teams/individuals and low-performing teams/individuals are in part due to an emphasis on leader development and a team-based working environment.
