MEET DARRELL JACKSON

Darrell Jackson is a pastor, executive church leader, author, curriculum developer, and conference speaker with more than 30 years of ministry and leadership experience. He currently serves as Pastor of Ministry Operations at Crossover Bible Fellowship and as a Church Consultant with the Union Baptist Association, where he equips pastors and churches in leadership development, discipleship, strategic planning, and organizational health.

As the Founder and President of Raise Performance Group, Darrell helps churches, nonprofits, schools, and businesses strengthen leadership, align organizational systems, and develop healthy teams through coaching, consulting, and training. His leadership philosophy is built on his signature H.I.R.E.D. Principle and 4-E Method, practical frameworks designed to help organizations develop people, improve performance, and achieve lasting impact.

Darrell is passionate about developing leaders through practical, biblically grounded resources. He is the author of Before We Go Too Far: A Practical Checklist for Christian Singles and L.E.A.D.S.S.: Equipping Leaders for Generational Impact, and has created numerous leadership, discipleship, conflict resolution, and church health curricula used by churches and ministry leaders. He is also the founder of The Equippers Theological Institute and regularly speaks at conferences, retreats, and leadership events, equipping leaders to build healthy churches and multiply disciples.

He holds a Master of Divinity, a Master of Arts in Theological Studies, and a Bachelor of Science in Christian Leadership. He is a Board Certified Chaplain, Certified DISC Trainer, and Certified John Maxwell Speaker, Coach, and Trainer. Above all, Darrell is committed to helping churches and leaders fulfill the Great Commission by building healthy disciples, developing transformational leaders, and advancing the Kingdom of God.
